The changes will affect the distribution of tokens among the community, team, and investors, with different conditions for each category.
The decision comes amid ongoing pressure on the WLD market, which earlier this month hit a new all-time low. Worldcoin (WLD) Token Unlocks to Drop by 43% in July 2026 According to the statement, the daily unlock volume will decrease by 43% from July 24.
The largest reduction will affect the share allocated to the World community. This figure will be halved, from 3.2 million WLD per day to 1.6 million.
